- How do I sign up or log in?Go to the Account page and sign up with your email (then confirm it) or choose Continue with Google.Read more →
- I forgot my password. What do I do?On the log-in form choose Forgot your password and we'll email you a reset link that works for one hour.Read more →
- I didn't get my confirmation or reset emailCheck your Junk or Spam folder first. Our emails can land there, especially with Outlook, because the site is new.Read more →
- How do I turn on two-factor login?Open your account page and use the two-factor section to link an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.Read more →
- How do I delete my account?At the bottom of your account page choose Delete your account. It removes your account, messages and newsletter subscription, and can't be undone.Read more →
- Do you use cookies or tracking?Only the cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner.Read more →
- What data do you keep, and why?Your account details, the messages you send, your newsletter choice, and security records kept for 90 days. We don't sell your information.Read more →
- How do I stop (or start) getting your emails?On your account page, use Email preferences. Every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link.Read more →
- How will you reply to my message?By email to the address you gave us. If you were logged in, our reply also appears on your account page.Read more →
- What technology do you use, and is it secure?Cloudflare's global network: one Worker, static files and a D1 database. No servers to patch. Accounts use hashed passwords, secure sessions and optional two-factor login.Read more →
