2. A plan in phases
Big ideas get split into phases:
- Phase 1, build now: the parts that get you live and working fast.
- Phase 2, decide first: the parts that are better decided once Phase 1 is real.
Decisions are written down at the end of each phase, so nothing is lost between conversations.
3. Build, test, deliver
We build on Cloudflare's global network. Every change is tested on a private copy first, then put live, usually in seconds. Every version is kept, so a change can be rolled back with one command if needed.
Our rule: speed and efficiency to deliver, then test till it's perfect, then improve and grow without starting again.
4. You stay in control
You approve anything that:
- costs money
- changes your domain or DNS
- deletes data
- publishes something new
You own your site and your data, not us.
