A free account lets you see our replies to your messages on your account page, and choose whether to hear our news.
Signing up and logging in
- With email: go to Account, choose Sign up, and confirm your email address using the link we send you.
- With Google: choose Continue with Google. If you already have an account with the same email address, the two are linked.
Forgotten your password? Choose Log in → Forgot your password? and we'll email you a reset link (it lasts one hour).
Your account page
Once logged in, your account page shows:
- Your messages and our replies
- Your details (name and email)
- Change password (or set one, if you signed up with Google)
- Email preferences (news and offers, on or off)
- Two-factor login, if it's available on your account
- Delete your account
Two-factor login
Two-factor login adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) when you log in, so your account stays safe even if someone learns your password.
Deleting your account
At the bottom of your account page, Delete your account removes your account, your messages and your newsletter subscription. It can't be undone.
